Midwest Jesuits Celebrate Eight New Priests

"I invite you to listen to and follow Jesus," said Pope Francis on the 51st World Day of Prayer for Vocations last year, "and to allow yourselves to be transformed interiorly by his words, which 'are spirit and life' (Jn 6:62)."

On Saturday, June 13, 2015, eight Jesuits from the Midwest Province responded to the pope's invitation and were ordained priests by the Most Reverend Joseph W. Tobin, C.Ss.R., Archbishop of Indianapolis, Ind., at Queen of All Saints Basilica in Chicago. These eight new priests are Frs. Joseph Koczera, Christopher Krall, Lukas Laniauskas, L. Adam DeLeon, Ryan Duns, Jacob Martin, Timothy McCabe, and James Shea.
